So whenever I post something new, it always gets good ratings at first, but then an hour or so later, suddenly it'll get another rating that just completely tanks it by a whole 2 stars. I wouldn't think anything of it if it didn't happen every single time. And I noticed it began after I started interacting with "Under review" content. So I'm thinking perhaps in one of my lower rated reviews, someone, or multiple people didn't appreciate the feedback. And now they've been hounding my stuff. It's super demotivating seeing a piece do super well, and them it seemingly crashed out of nowhere.

@GarlicBreadNSFW you’re right about the game doesn’t work. However I think your reviews seems good but there’s something I will say something I got a quote from yatsufusa:
“I'm getting zero bombed!”
You are probably not the target of harassment but rather a victim of your own overconfidence. Low quality submissions "can" receive low ratings.
I'd agree with that quote if the zero bombs came right away or were consistent. But they always come all at once at the same time on different stuff. The timing and everything is always too specific to just be coincidence.
I know some of my stuff is low quality, like when I first started. But my most recent piece, and a couple of the others I made over this past weekend were some of the best I've done so far.

I don't really think this has anything to do with your interactions in Under Judgment content - mostly if you haven't left any negative reviews that could cause disdain towards your own profile.
Now, what I can suspect is that the reason of why you are getting zero-bombed is because of your NSFW drawings, which is actually more common than you may be thinking. There's people who hates NSFW content, no matter the format (art, animation, audio...), and takes into account that the voting system is anonymous and exploitable enough to bomb submissions by giving "0" ratings to them.
Unfortunately, there's no actual solution (as far as I know) for this problem, since the voting system is supposed to be subjective and you are supposed to be free to vote what you want, so my best advice would be ignore the presence of those individuals, and continue doing what you most like.
I see. That may be it then. I do know there's just an automatic hate for NSFW artists within some. But I figured this site would've been one of the last places they'd be with how open, creative, and free everyone seems to be here. I'll try to just ignore it and move on.

Have you blocked someone? Because that’s the reason why they 0 bombed you. Also it sucks that an anonymous user who rate 0 stars over some simple painting. But hey maybe they did it for xp rush or they see your art as not interesting.
